1. Precautions:

2. Instructions for use:

• Connect the air source, unscrew the knob counter clockwise, and ignite with an ignition gun.

• When igniting, the light blue flame moves back and forth, which is a normal phenomenon. Wait a moment.

• At this moment, it will turn red (with a small flame), which is infrared radiation.

• Before grilling the food, put one-third of the water in the oil basin to keep the food from burning.

• When grilling food, the firepower can be adjusted slightly (just adjust the knob)

3. cleaning and maintenance:

• The oil in the oil basin and on the burner can be cleaned with detergent.

• The infrared burner can be lightly brushed with a soft brush, please do not use a metal brush to avoid damage.
